Give Thanks by the Shore at Madison Beach Hotel

This Thanksgiving, Madison Beach Hotel invites guests to gather by the shoreline for a season of gratitude, family, and unforgettable flavor. Continuing its beloved tradition, the hotel will offer its Thanksgiving Grand Buffet in the scenic Waterfront Ballroom, along with a Thanksgiving To-Go menu, making it easy for guests to celebrate the holiday their way.

Guests can also enjoy a refined Thanksgiving dinner at The Wharf Restaurant & Bar, where Chef Christophe Santos and his culinary team will serve a seasonal prix fixe and select menu items. Reservations for the main dining room are available beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Thanksgiving Grand Buffet

11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (last seating at 4 p.m) Set against sweeping views of Long Island Sound, the Grand Buffet is a feast for the senses. Guests will enjoy a generous selection of artisan breads, local cheeses, and charcuterie, followed by fresh offerings from the raw bar and elegant seasonal salads.

The main course celebrates tradition with herb-roasted turkey and sage butter jus, carved prime rib, and seared salmon with pomegranate beurre blanc. A wild mushroom and spinach lasagna offers a hearty vegetarian option.

Classic sides such as Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with roasted garlic butter, cornbread stuffing with sausage and herbs, sweet potato gratin, and green bean almondine complete the meal—alongside cranberry-orange compote and turkey gravy.

Dessert features pumpkin, apple, and pecan pies, Gateau au Chocolat, Cake à la Noix de Coco, and assorted truffles for a sweet finish.

Thanksgiving To-Go
