Decorated in New England nautical theme, the nearly 2,000 sq ft two-bedroom, two bathroom residence’s layout features an open kitchen with bar seating flowing into the dining room serving 6, living room equipped with gas fireplace and executive workspace area.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and bathroom with luxurious deep-soaking tub. The guest bedroom room includes a queen-size bed and separate bathroom with standing shower.

The residence boasts a well-appointed kitchen with Viking cooktop/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, granite countertops and includes all dining ware, cookware and beverage brewing system. A laundry closet located off the foyer has a washer and dryer.
